The intimate class size and faculty to student ratio allows for a very personal experience which is guaranteed to result in life long friends!
The summer of 2019 was the biggest class size this program has seen, 14 students. However, even with a "larger" group, the classroom is intimate and engaging. From the very first day the faculty make sure the students are aquatinted with each other, as well as the faces around the office. By the third or fourth day, students enter the building eagerly greeting everyone with a friendly "Ciao!" There is a sense of comfort you feel when you share experiences with your classmates whether they be struggles or "learning opportunities"
you run into along the way. This open dialogue about each other's experiences allows new friendships to bloom with students that may otherwise not have met. The faculty on staff at BU Padova are extremely special. They are willing to help you with anything from printing an assignment to telling you where to get your haircut. It is a given that a friendly relationship will be established with them - stop by their office to say hello, they'd love to chat about the things you're experiencing!
